Under the terms of the partner program from BINFIELD and OTP Bank, agricultural producers can receive a loan of up to UAH 15 million. The project was launched within OTP Bank\u2019s Agro Factory concept.<\/strong><\/p>\n

BINFIELD has begun to expand the range of offers and opportunities that farmers can use to increase the efficiency of their production. To achieve this goal, BINFIELD and OTP Bank signed a cooperation and partnership agreement on lending to agricultural producers.<\/p>\n

Under the terms of the partner program, agricultural producers can receive a loan from OTP Bank on favourable terms to purchase BINFIELD products. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Building on global experience in financing agricultural producers, OTP Bank, in cooperation with BINFIELD, is implementing a simplified and standardized approach to financing farmers. The bank has developed a special and simple mechanism for financing farmers, expanding access to such financing through lenient requirements. The maximum loan amount can be UAH 15 million. For credit limits of up to UAH 3 million, financing without collateral is possible.<\/p>\n

To obtain a loan, an agricultural producer needs to:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. agree with BINFIELD on the terms of delivery of goods (mineral\/micro\/specialty fertilizers);<\/li>\n
  2. obtain a preliminary loan decision from OTP Bank;<\/li>\n
  3. provide the bank with a full package of documents for the loan and open accounts (UAH);<\/li>\n
  4. sign a loan agreement with OTP Bank at a preferential interest rate and receive the loan funds;<\/li>\n
  5. sign a supply agreement with BINFIELD and pay for it with the loan funds received;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Collateral:<\/strong>
    \u2013 a guarantee from the business owner
    \u2013 a pledge of an agricultural financial receipt covering 150% of the loan amount and\/or hard collateral in the form of machinery or real estate<\/p>\n
