Trilateral Memorandum of Cooperation between Kernel, BINFIELD and Marijampolės NPK

Kernel, BINFIELD and Marijampolės NPK have concluded a trilateral Memorandum of Cooperation. 

The company “Kernel” has signed an agreement with a European fertilizer manufacturer. The trilateral Memorandum of Cooperation was signed with the Lithuanian company Marijampolės NPK and its official representative in Ukraine — Binfield.

This was reported by the Kernel press service.

“The fertilizer situation in the Ukrainian agricultural sector remains difficult. Today we depend on imports of mineral fertilizers — complex, phosphate and potash. The domestic NPK producer Sumykhimprom is only resuming operations. Of the five plants that previously produced nitrogen fertilizer, only Azot in Cherkasy Region and Rivneazot are operating. Stable and reliable supply channels are very important for efficient agricultural production,” the statement says.

Thanks to this agreement, Kernel will receive an uninterrupted, stable annual supply of fertilizers. 

BINFIELD has the capacity needed to support Kernel’s business in Ukraine.
