Ammonium sulphate
Ammonium sulphate is one of the widely used in agriculture nitrogen-sulfur mineral fertilizer.
Advantages and properties:
- long soil retention due to high water solubility and non-washability;
- easy assimilation by plants from the soil during foliar application and watering;
- no caking, unlike other fertilizers containing nitrogen;
- compatibility with almost all other fertilizers, except those characterized by an alkaline reaction (otherwise nitrogen will be neutralized with alkali);
- the possibility of preparing other fertilizer compositions, for example, together with crushed straw;
- the ability to make applications both dry and dissolved;
- ease of use.
